By accessing or using Assemblage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those who access reports, the waitlist, or any other features of the platform.
All property intelligence reports generated by Assemblage are produced by artificial intelligence systems and are provided for informational purposes only. Reports do not constitute legal, financial, architectural, engineering, or planning advice and must not be relied upon as such. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
All zoning, FAR, flood zone, market, environmental, and development data contained in reports requires independent verification by licensed professionals before any decision, transaction, or action is taken. Assemblage makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any report.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Assemblage Intelligence and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any report generated thereby.
Assemblage's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the use of this Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific report giving rise to the claim. If no amount was paid, liability is limited to zero. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, including contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
You may not, and you may not permit any third party to: (a) scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying models of the Service; (c) copy, reproduce, or redistribute report content for commercial purposes without prior written consent; (d) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service or generate reports in bulk; or (e) attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
Assemblage currently provides property intelligence coverage for New York City boroughs only — including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Reports generated for addresses outside these areas may be inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely inapplicable. Assemblage makes no guarantee of coverage accuracy for any specific address even within the covered area.
Coverage will expand over time. Assemblage assumes no liability for decisions made based on reports for properties in areas where full coverage has not been established.
You are solely responsible for your use of any report and any decisions made based on it. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and proprietary AI systems used in the Service are the exclusive property of Assemblage Intelligence. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service. You may not use the Assemblage name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Assemblage reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
