1. Overview

Assemblage Intelligence ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information. By using Assemblage, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:

Waitlist email address — collected when you submit the waitlist form on our homepage. Used solely to notify you when Assemblage expands coverage to your area.
Area / location preference — the optional city, neighborhood, or borough you enter alongside your waitlist email. Used to prioritize expansion decisions and tailor your notification.
Property address and persona — entered when generating a report. This is transmitted to our AI infrastructure to produce your report and is not stored beyond the duration of the request.
Usage and rate-limiting data — your IP address is temporarily recorded server-side to enforce fair-use rate limits. This data is held in memory only and is not persisted to disk or any database.

We do not collect names, payment information, device identifiers, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the waitlist is used exclusively to:

Send you a single notification when Assemblage launches coverage in the area you specified.
Make internal decisions about geographic expansion priorities.

We will not use your email address for marketing campaigns, newsletters, product announcements, or any purpose other than the coverage notification you signed up for.

4. Data Processors

Waitlist form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form processing service. When you submit the waitlist form, your email and area preference are transmitted to Formspree's servers in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your data for its own purposes.

Report generation uses the Anthropic API. Property addresses and persona inputs are transmitted to Anthropic's infrastructure to generate AI responses. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy.

5. No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any monetisation beyond the direct provision of the Assemblage service.

6. Data Retention

Waitlist data is retained until you request deletion or until Assemblage has fulfilled the purpose for which it was collected (i.e., notified you of coverage in your area). IP-based rate-limit data is held in server memory only and is cleared when the server restarts.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@assemblage.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Assemblage does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking technology on its pages.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
